IN RE MICKEY J. HUGHES

Original Proceeding 418th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas
Trial Cause No. 09-10-09572-CV

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Mickey J. Hughes filed a petition for writ of mandamus, in which he complains of the trial court's failure to rule on a motion for a hearing on modification of child support orders that Hughes filed on July 5, 2017. Hughes has not shown that he properly requested that his motion be submitted or that he properly requested a setting for a hearing on modification of child support orders. See In re Creag, Nos. 12-17-00191-CV, 12-17-00192-CV, and 12-17-00193-CV, 2017 WL 2665987, at *1 (Tex. App.—Tyler June 21, 0217, orig. proceeding) (mem. op.). The petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).

PETITION DENIED.

PER CURIAM Submitted on September 20, 2017
Opinion Delivered September 21, 2017 Before McKeithen, C.J., Horton and Johnson, JJ.
