Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 14-517 CCL, styled Fort Apache Energy, Inc. v. Huddleston Exploration Limited Liability Company and Billy D. Huddleston v. Allan P. Bloxsom and Drilling Risk Management, Inc., pending in the County Court at Law, Kendall County, Texas, the Honorable Bill R. Palmer presiding. --------

ORDER

Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Karen Angelini, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice

On March 29, 2016, relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency stay pending a ruling on the mandamus petition. The court has considered the petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency stay are DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The court's opinion will issue at a later date.

It is so ORDERED on April 1, 2016.
