ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
Amendments to Rules 49 through 49.12 (commercial dockets) of the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio have been adopted effective July 1, 2013.
The final version of the amendments will be published in the April 1, 2013 Ohio Official Reports Advance Sheets.
O'Connor, C.J., and Pfeifer, O'Donnell, Kennedy, and French, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
