Opinion

No. 05-03-00474-CV.

Opinion issued April 3, 2003.

Original Proceeding from the 193rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 00-6025.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MORRIS, FITZGERALD, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in denying their motion to dismiss and for statutory sanctions. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relators have failed to show themselves entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, we DENY relators' motion for temporary relief and petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
