MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus with this Court. No certified copy of the order(s) complained of is attached to the petition as an appendix. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.3(j)(1)(A). No record has been filed in the proceeding upon which we can determine whether relief should be granted. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.7. The records of the Court of Criminal Appeals filed in Relator's previous article 11.07 writ, No. WR-59,822-02, are not available to us for use in this proceeding. Such records may be available to the Court of Criminal Appeals in the event Relator files a petition for writ of mandamus with that Court. Relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied.
