MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator, Katherine Hicks, seeks the issuance of a writ of mandamus ordering the trial court to to vacate an "Order on Emergency Hearing." Relator has also filed a motion for temporary emergency relief.

The Honorable Frank Rynd, Judge of the 309th District Court of Harris County. The underlying cause is In re the Marriage of Katherine Hicks William Hicks and In re W.W.H. II, M.R.H., M.E.H., K.A.H., Children, No. 2003-21523.

We deny the relief requested in the petition for writ of mandamus. We further deny the motion for emergency temporary relief.
