MEMORANDUM OPINION

DANA WOMACK JUSTICE

JUDGMENT

This court has considered the record on appeal in this case and holds that there was no error in the trial court's order. It is ordered that the trial court's order dated December 20, 2023, sustaining Grandparents' pleas to the jurisdiction and dismissing D.B.'s Application is affirmed.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the same meaning given to them in our memorandum opinion of even date herewith.

It is further ordered that appellant D.B. shall bear the costs of this appeal, for which let execution issue.
