ORDER
ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE.
The reporter's record in this case is past due. By postcard dated May 30, 2023, we notified Deborah Quarles, Official Court Reporter for the 254th Judicial District Court, that the reporter's record overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record within thirty days. To date, Ms. Quarles has failed to comply with the Court's order.
Accordingly, we ORDER Deborah Quarles to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, either (1) the reporter's record; (2) written verification no hearings were recorded; (3) written verification that appellant has not requested the record, or (4) written verification that appellant has not paid for or made arrangements to pay for the record and has not been found entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We notify appellant that if we receive verification he has not requested the reporter's record, or has not paid for or made arrangements to pay for the record and is not entitled to proceed without payment of costs, we will order the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c).
