MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS

On review of order certifying a conflict. The court determines that a conflict exists. The parties are to brief the issue stated at page 3 of the court of appeals' Journal Entry filed May 9, 2008:

"Whether App. R. 4(B)(5) provides an exception to App. R. 4(A) and authorizes an appeal of an adjudication order, determiming abuse, neglect, or dependency, alternatively thirty days after the court renders a final order on all issues in the case, including final disposition as to parental rights."

PFEIFER and O'DONNELL, JJ., dissent.

The conflict cases are In re P.N.M., Adams App. Nos. 07CA841 and 07CA842, 2007-Ohio-4976, and In re C.G, Preble App. Nos. CA2007-03-005 and CA2007-03-006, 2007-Ohio-4361.

Sua sponte, cause consolidated with 2008-1036, In re H.F., Cuyahoga App. Nos. 90299 and 90300, 2008-Ohio-1627.
