RULE TO SHOW CAUSE

PER CURIAM:

AND NOW, this 18th day of June, 2008, Kevin James Heron having been convicted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania of the crime of securities fraud — insider trading, a Rule is hereby entered pursuant to Rule 214(d)(1), Pa.R.D.E., directing him to show cause why he should not be placed on temporary suspension.
