Opinion

No. 05-07-00791-CV

Opinion issued July 2, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 422nd Judicial District Court Kaufman County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 67-427-422.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator seeks a writ of habeas corpus to order his release from "illegal confinement" after being found in contempt for violating a temporary injunction. Petitioner has failed to comply with the requirements for filing a petition for writ of habeas corpus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.7; 52.3(j)(1)(D). Based on the record presented, we conclude relator has failed to show he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8; Ex Parte Sealy, 870 S.W.2d 663, 666 (Tex.App.-Houston [1st Dist.] 1994, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus is DENIED.
