IN RE SAUL HERNANDEZ AND ZAID CARRIERS, LLC

ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

Before Justices Benavides, Longoria, and Silva

ORDER

PER CURIAM

By petition for writ of mandamus, relators Saul Hernandez and Zaid Carriers, LLC contends that the trial court abused its discretion by granting a new trial rather than entering judgment on the jury's verdict. The Court requests the real party in interest, Eric Pena, or any others whose interest may be affected by the relief sought, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
