Recommended discipline imposed: disbarred

The court orders that STEVAN JOHN HENRIOULLE, State Bar Number 57282, is disbarred from the practice of law in California and that his name is stricken from the roll of attorneys.

STEVAN JOHN HENRIOULLE must make restitution, for which he is jointly and severally liable with RONALD VERIDIANO UY, State Bar Number 177157, to the following individuals (or to the Client Security Fund to the extent of any payment from the Fund to any of them, in accordance with Business and Professions Code section 6140.5):

(1) Vinod M. Nair in the amount of $4,200 plus 10 percent interest per year from May 1, 2009;

(2) Grace LaBrasca in the amount of $6,400 plus 10 percent interest per year from June 17, 2011;

(3) Sergio Crisostomo in the amount of $13,600 plus 10 percent interest per year from March 7, 2001;

(4) Elizabeth Escobar in the amount of $6,200 plus 10 percent interest per year from May 12, 2011;

(5) Tuan A. Tran in the amount of $5,997.50 plus 10 percent interest per year from February 19, 2010; and

(6) Guadalupe Montoya in the amount of $8,816.72 plus 10 percent interest per year from April 9, 2011.

STEVAN JOHN HENRIOULLE must make restitution to the following individuals (or to the Client Security Fund to the extent of any payment from the Fund to any of them, in accordance with Business and Professions Code section 6140.5):

(1) Galina Zakharova in the amount of $4,610 plus 10 percent interest per year from June 10, 2010; and

(2) Carlos G. Lima Oliveira in the amount of $13,000 plus 10 percent interest per year from July 22, 2011.

STEVAN JOHN HENRIOULLE must also comply with California Rules of Court, rule 9.20, and perform the acts specified in subdivisions (a) and (c) of that rule within 30 and 40 calendar days, respectively, after the effective date of this order.

Costs are awarded to the State Bar in accordance with Business and Professions Code section 6086.10, and such costs are jointly and severally enforceable both as provided in Business and Professions Code section 6140.7 and as a money judgment.
