MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals, to consolidate appeals, for permission to proceed as a poor person, to have appeals heard on original file of the Workers' Compensation Board and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to have appeals heard on original file of the Workers' Compensation Board is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint brief and the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to December 4, 2023, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for further relief is denied, without costs.
