MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relators have filed a petition of writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Wayne J. Mallia's December 6, 2002 orders to compel discovery.
The Honorable Wayne J. Mallia, judge of the 405th District Court of Galveston County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is Gutierrez v. Healthmark Partners, L.L.C., No. 02CV0126 (405th Dist. Ct., Galveston County, Tex.).
We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
