MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the trial judge erred in not yet granting its motion to compel arbitration. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relator has not shown the trial court clearly abused its discretion in not yet granting the motion to compel arbitration. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
