MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the judgment of contempt and order of commitment are void. Based on the record presented, we conclude relator has failed to show she is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus is DENIED. See Tex. Rs. App. P. 52.3(j)(1)(d) and (8)(a); Ex Parte Sealy, 870 S.W.2d 663, 666 (Tex.App.-Houston [1st Dist.] 1994, orig. proceeding).
