Order to show cause issued; returnable in Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three
The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is ordered to show cause before the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division Three, when the matter is placed on calendar, why petitioner is not entitled to reversal of his convictions of active participation in a street gang pursuant to Penal Code section 186.22, subdivision (a). (See People v. Rodriguez (2012) 55 Cal.4th 1125.) The return is to be filed on or before August 19, 2016.
