ORDER
AND NOW, this 3rd day of June, 2010, in response to the "Application for Relief for a Variance from Pa.B.A.R. Rule 321," treated as a Petition for Review, Christopher B. Hagenbuch ("Hagenbuch") is granted certification per Pa.B.A.R. 321. The request for a variance is denied as stated; however, we note that in the event Mr. Hagenbuch passes the New York bar examination but is not formally admitted to the New York bar until after August 31, 2011, his admission per Rule 321 shall remain effective until August 31, 2011. See Pa.B.A.R. 321(b)(1).
