ORDER
PER CURIAM.
This is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating the appellants' parental rights which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. Tex. R. Jud. Admin. 6.2. The first notice of appeal was filed on June 9, 2023.
Appellant A.L.'s brief was originally due on July 27, 2023. Appellant is represented on appeal by appointed counsel, Mr. Joe K. Bohac. On July 27, 2023, Mr. Bohac filed a first request for an extension, asking for an additional twenty days in which to file the brief.
The request is GRANTED; however, given the constraints governing disposition of this appeal, further requests for extensions of time will be disfavored absent extenuating circumstances. Mr. Bohac is ORDERED to file appellant's brief no later than August 16, 2023.
It is so ORDERED.
