AN ORIGINAL PROCEEDING IN INJUNCTION ORDER
Relator's petition seeking a writ of injunction is not certified as required by TEX.R.APP.P. 52.3(j). Relator is directed to file an amended petition correcting this defect on or before September 25, 2017. The Court also requests that the appendix attached to the petition include sworn or certified copies of any orders, pleadings, or documents. See TEX.R.APP.P. 52.3(k).
It is the Court's intention to engage in an expedited yet thorough review of the issues presented in this original proceeding. Accordingly, the Court finds it necessary to establish the following schedule:
1. Relator's amended petition/appendix is due to be filed on or before September 25, 2017.
2. The original proceeding record is due to be filed on or before September 25, 2017.
3. The City of El Paso's amended response, if any, is due to be filed on or before October 2, 2017.
4. Relator's reply to the City's response, if any, is due to be filed on or before October 6, 2017.
