Opinion

No. 05-04-00572-CV.

Opinion Issued May 6, 2004.

Original Proceeding from the County Court, Grayson County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 2002-289P.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices JAMES, FRANCIS, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in ordering her to produce copies of invoices supporting disbursements made while acting as independent executrix of an estate. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Further, because all dispositive issues are clearly settled in law, we issue this memorandum opinion pursuant to rule 52.8(d) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(d). Based on the record presented, we conclude relator has failed to show she is entitled to the relief requested from this Court. Accordingly, relator's motion for temporary relief and petition for writ of mandamus are DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
