IN RE THE PARENTING OF G.L.M.S. and T.L.S., Minor Children, THOMAS STEIGER, Petitioner and Appellant, and HOPE VANDELDEN, Respondent and Appellee.

ORDER

Appellee Hope VanDelden has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal because she did not receive the opening brief filed by Appellant, and had to obtain a copy from the Clerk of Court. Appellant responds in opposition to the motion that the opening brief contained a Certificate of Service certifying that the brief was sent to Appellee.

Appellee filed her response brief on October 28, and the reply brief is due on November 12, 2024.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to dismiss is DENIED.
