ORDER ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CONDITIONAL AGREEMENT FOR DISCIPLINE

       GIVAN, Chief Justice.

Comes now the Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Indiana and Dudley Gleason, respondent in this cause, and pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 23 Sec. 11(d), tenders to this Court a "Conditional Agreement for Discipline," which agreement more fully appears in words and figures as follows, to-wit:

(H.I.)

And this court, being duly advised in the premises, finds that Dudley Gleason neglected certain legal matters entrusted to him by the late Meletus H. Dickman and by Mrs. Sheila Mae Kracium and further finds that the agreed discipline, to-wit: a public reprimand, is appropriate under the circumstances of this case.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by this Court that Dudley Gleason should appear before this Court on September 20th, 1976, at 10:30 a.m., for public reprimand. It is further ordered that costs of this proceeding are to be assessed against the respondent.
