ORDER

Upon consideration of the petition for a writ of mandamus, the opposition thereto, and the reply, it is

ORDERED that the petition for a writ of mandamus be denied. Petitioners have not shown a clear and indisputable right to the relief requested.See, e.g., Mallard v. United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, 490 U.S. 296, 308 (1989); In re Sealed Case, 141 F.3d 337, 339 (D.C. Cir. 1998).
