MEMORANDUM OPINION
On November 7, 2006, we ordered appellant to notify the Court by November 17, 2006, of the name, State Bar number, address, and telephone number of new counsel. When appellant failed to notify the Court of that information by December 8, 2006, we once again ordered appellant to provide this information to the Court by no later than December 22, 2006. We further warned that failure to provide the information would result in dismissal of the appeal. Nevertheless, appellant has not provided the requested information to the Court or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding this appeal.
Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).
