Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. Gergets, who was admitted in 1996, was suspended for six months and until further order of the Court. He made false statements on a lease application and failed to cooperate with the disciplinary investigation. He is currently suspended for unrelated misconduct.


Order of the Court:

The motion by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to approve and confirm the report and recommendation of the Hearing Board is allowed, and respondent John Gergets is suspended from the practice of law for six months and until further order of the Court.
