IN RE GENESIS MARINE, LLC AND GENESIS ENERGY, LLC, Relators

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

Panel consists of Justices Landau, Guerra, and Farris.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Relators have filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's order granting Relators' motion to compel an independent examination but requiring the examination to be audiotaped. Relators request that we compel the trial court to grant the independent medical examination without an audiotape recording. We deny the petition and dismiss relators' emergency stay motion as moot.

The underlying case is Donald R. Menefield v. Genesis Marine, LLC and Genesis Energy, LLC, cause number 2021-19883, pending in the 270th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Debra Davis presiding.
