ORDER
This appeal arises from the same trial court case as appellate cause number 05-16-01285-CV which is set for submission without oral argument on October 3, 2017. Appellant's brief in this appeal has been filed and appellee's brief is due September 8, 2017.
These cases will be treated as companion cases. Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we ORDER this appeal be submitted without oral argument on October 3, 2017 before a panel consisting of Justices Francis, Myers, and Whitehill.
