ORDER
PER CURIAM.
On October 11, 2023, appellant's former counsel, Misty L. Deatherage, filed a motion to withdraw as counsel in this appeal.
On October 12, 2023, we held the motion to withdraw in abeyance and abated this appeal to the trial court to hold a hearing to determine whether new appellate counsel should be appointed to represent appellant. On November 30, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's order granting Ms. Deatherage's motion to withdraw and appointing new appellate counsel was filed in this court.
We, therefore, ORDER this appeal REINSTATED on the docket of this court. Appellant's brief is due on or before December 21, 2023.
Ms. Deatherage's motion to withdraw is DENIED AS MOOT.
