On January 24, 2023, we ordered the court reporter to prepare, certify, and file a reporter's record for the following dates-January 5, 2021; February 2, 2021; February 16, 2021; November 2, 2021; and March 8, 2022-by March 10, 2023. We also ordered appellees to file their brief thirty days after the appellate record was complete. On March 21, 2023, the court reporter filed the records for the ordered dates. Accordingly, the appellate record is complete. We therefore order appellees to file the brief by April 24, 2023.
