Opinion

No. 05-07-00422-CV

Opinion issued April 17, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 193rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 03-05509-L.

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS. Opinion by Justice ELIZABETH LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court abused its discretion in denying a motion to quash a post-judgment deposition relevant to a motion to show authority of counsel to prosecute a post-judgment collection proceeding. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them here. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has failed to show the trial court clearly abused its discretion. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-40 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
