Opinion

No. 05-03-00355-CV.

Opinion issued March 17, 2003.

Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 1, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. PB001-605-02.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MORRIS, FITZGERALD, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in issuing a protective order. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relators have failed to show themselves entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
