ORDER

PER CURIAM

On October 9, 2023, relators Roger Galpin and James Sharp filed a motion for emergency stay, seeking to stay proceedings in the underlying case and, in particular, a show-cause hearing then scheduled for October 11, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.1, 52.10(a). Since the date of the show-cause hearing has passed, we sua sponte stay all further proceedings pending further order of this Court. See id. 52.10(b). We also stay enforcement of the October 11, 2023 order granting motion to compel and for sanctions, the October 13, 2023 order partially granting motion for contempt for violation of temporary injunction, and any other order issued relating to the October 11, 2023 hearing.

It is ordered.
