MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends he is illegally confined. Based on the record presented, we conclude relator has failed to show he is entitled to the relief requested from this Court. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
