Jerry J. Jarzombek, Fort Worth, for Other interested party Puls, Haney, PC.

Craig A. Jackson, for Real Party in Interest Ginn, Gregory Wayne.

Brant C. Martin, Laura Peterson Elkind, Fort Worth, Rusty O'Kane, Jeffrey W. Hellberg Jr., Dallas, for Relator.

Lauren M. Lockett, Elizabeth Parmer, Fort Worth, Jeffrey Stewart, Thomas M. Michel, Fort Worth, for Real Party in Interest Puls, William Kelly.

PER CURIAM

In this mandamus proceeding involving a dispute between a divorced couple, relator Gaffin challenges the trial court's order setting aside a prior enforcement order on the ground that it improperly modified the terms of the couple's divorce decree. When the trial court rendered the challenged order, Gaffin both appealed the order to the court of appeals and sought mandamus relief in that court. The court of appeals denied Gaffin's mandamus petition, leading her to seek similar relief in this Court. The appeal remains pending in the court of appeals at Case No. 02-19-00337-CV.

We deny Gaffin's petition for writ of mandamus. However, as always, our denial of that petition has no bearing on the court of appeals’ review of the pending appeal or the merits of that appeal.
