Appellants, M.A. and A.S., have each file a second motion to abate appeal. The Court has construed the motions as extensions to abate the appeal. The motions are GRANTED, and the appeal is abated until October 18, 2023, to give the parties an opportunity to finalize a settlement. If the parties are able to finalize a settlement prior to October 18, 2023, the parties are directed to notify the Court of that fact and to file an appropriate motion to dispose of this action.
