MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relators contends the trial court abused its discretion by granting defendant's motion for sanctions and appointment of computer forensic expert. In light of the hearing scheduled on January 31, 2008 regarding relators' emergency motion for reconsideration, we DENY without prejudice the relators' petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8.
