ON APPLICATION FOR A WRIT OF MANDAMUS CAUSE NO. F05-45713 IN THE 283RD DISTRICT COURT FROM DALLAS COUNTY

ORDER

Per curiam.

Relator filed a motion for leave to file an application for a writ of mandamus. He says the Dallas County District Clerk is not accepting for filing his Motion to Enter Nunc Pro Tunc Order. Relator provides a certified mail receipt showing that he mailed the clerk an envelope, but there is no indication that the motion he says was in the envelope was filed. Respondent, the District Clerk of Dallas County, shall provide this Court with a written response indicating whether the clerk received, accepted, and filed Relator's motion. Relator's motion for leave to file will be held. Respondent shall comply with this order within thirty days from the date of this order.
