ORDER ON TRUSTEE'S OBJECTION TO PROOF OF CLAIM

On July 7, 2005, the Chapter 7 Trustee filed an objection to claim #2 of Dr. Edwin K. McDonald III, the stated basis of which is that "there is no amount listed for claim". The claim is a two-page document: the first page of the claim form does not state an amount of the asserted debt; however, attached to the claim is the creditor's billing record regarding Terry Foster, which clearly establishes an indebtedness in the amount of $307.00. The Court deems the two documents together to constitute the creditor's claim, and together the amount asserted is a general unsecured claim of $307.00.

IT IS ORDERED that the Trustee's objection is denied, and that claim #2 of Dr. Edwin K. McDonald III is allowed as a general unsecured claim in the amount of $307.00.
