This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2017-CI-05774, styled McCombs Energy GP, LLC and McCombs Energy, Ltd. v. F4 Resources, L.P., et al., pending in the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable David A. Canales signed the order at issue in this proceeding.

On February 9, 2018, relators filed a Petition for Writ of Mandamus. This court is of the opinion that a serious question concerning the relief sought requires further consideration. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and the real parties in interest may file a response to the Petition for Writ of Mandamus in this court no later than March 8, 2018. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.
On February 13, 2018, relators filed a motion for temporary relief. Relators' request for temporary relief is GRANTED. All proceedings in the underlying Bexar County case are stayed pending final resolution of this original proceeding. See TEX. R. APP. P. 24.3(a)(2).
It is so ORDERED on February 20, 2018.
