MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, Lester Foreman, has filed a notice of nonsuit in which he states that he no longer wishes to prosecute his petition for writ of mandamus and asks the court to dismiss this proceeding. Accordingly, Relator's petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed.
