This proceeding arises out of Cause No. DC-02-332, styled LCPL Alfonso Gonzalez, Jr., et al. v. Ford Motor Company, et al., pending in the 229th Judicial District Court, Duval County, Texas, the Honorable Alex W. Gabert presiding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


On November 12, 2003, relator, Ford Motor Company, filed a petition for writ of mandamus from the trial court's order denying its Motion for Exhumation and Autopsy. The court has considered relator's petition and has determined relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.

The clerk of the court is directed to transmit a copy of this opinion to the attorneys of record, the trial court judge, and the trial court clerk.
