In light of the First Amendment Coalition's Motion to Unseal Clemency-Related Court Records, the clerk shall return the record to the Governor, who is hereby ordered to resubmit the record to the court no later than June 5, 2019, in the manner prescribed by California Rules of Court, rules 8.45 and 8.46.
