Opinion
The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Ryan Scott Hobby is reinstated effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and stipulation.
Ryan Scott Hobby is further placed on probation for two years effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and stipulation.
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Ryan Scott Hobby in the amount of $1,805.00, for which sum let execution issue.
