MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator contends the trial judge erred in denying her request for a temporary restraining order. Based on the record presented, we conclude the trial judge did not abuse his discretion in denying relator's request for a temporary restraining order. Accordingly, relator's motion for emergency stay and petition for writ of mandamus are DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
