Opinion

No. 05-05-01070-CV

Opinion issued September 15, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 3, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 03-10298-C.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge abused her discretion in ordering relator to produce certain documents. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown the trial judge clearly abused her discretion. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); In re CSX Corp., 124 S.W.3d 149, 151 (Tex. 2003) (per curiam). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
