STIPULATION EXTENDING TIME FOR WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. TO RESPOND TO DEBTOR'S MOTION FOR AUTHORIZATION TO ABANDON AND DESTROY CERTAIN CONSUMER DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION


Fieldstone Mortgage Company, Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession (the "Debtor") and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ("Wells Fargo") hereby agree and stipulate that Wells Fargo shall have through and including January 25, 2008, to file a response to the Debtor's Motion for Authorization to Abandon and Destroy Certain Consumer Documents and Information [Docket No. 104].
