IN RE KENNETH FIELDS

Original Proceeding 435th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas
Trial Cause No. 08-03-02387-CV

MEMORANDUM OPINION

A mandamus petition filed by Kenneth Fields sought to compel the trial court to sign an agreed final judgment on an authorized petition for release from civil commitment. In his petition, Fields alleged that a proposed agreed judgment was submitted to the trial court on January 28, 2016. On February 3, 2016, Fields notified the Court that he is no longer seeking relief from this Court. Accordingly, we dismiss this original proceeding without reference to the merits.

PETITION DISMISSED.

PER CURIAM Submitted on February 17, 2016
Opinion Delivered February 18, 2016
Before Kreger, Horton, and Johnson, JJ.
