ORDER ON CERTIFICATION

Appeal by Robert Ferrson, Jr., from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated April 16, 2021. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Michael E. Repole, dated May 6, 2021, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Kiara Dixon is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

Heather Fig Bayport Professional Center 982 Montauk Highway Bayport, NY 11705 631-419-6111 and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall promptly attempt to contact the respondent Kiara Dixon at the address provided by the Court, and shall notify the Case Manager assigned to the appeal on or before June 28, 2021, in writing, that she has done so and that either

(1) the respondent Kiara Dixon is interested in responding to the appeal, or
(2) the respondent Kiara Dixon is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent Kiara Dixon, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
